How long will it take?
This will depend on the package, and any add-on's you choose, we aim to have all site's delivered within 21 days, but for smaller sites it can be as quick as 4 days.
When you decide which web design package you would like we will give you an estimated delivery date.
Can I upgrade my package?
Yes you can upgrade your package at anytime during or after the site has been completed, you can also choose to add an add-on at any time.
It may not be possible though to downgrade your package once work has started on your website as the work may have been completed.
How do I choose a domain name?
If your company is called 'ABC Taxis' and is based in the UK then you would naturally want to register the domain name 'abctaxis.co.uk'.
If someone else got there before you, you would have to choose something else, we will help you find another suitable name if necessary
How do I register the domain name?
We would register the domain name for you, as the price is included in all our packages, the name would of course be registered under your name so you would have full ownership.
We would then configure the domain name to retrieve your website.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes!, if you choose the 'Star' package content management is included in the price, if you have chosen one of the other packages you can add it as an add-on.
It's very important you let us know at the begining of the process whether you would like content management.
I have a question, who do I talk to?
Should you have a problem, question or change your mind about something, then you will be able to talk on the phone with one of our team between the hours of 9-5.
You will also be able to email us, and if possible we will get back to you right away.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes of course you can use your own photos, the stock images supplied with the packages are generally used in the design of the site not for content, so your own photos will probably be very useful.
If you would like us to come and take photos there will be a charge.
Can you take care of updates?
Yes, we would be happy to take care of all your updates and changes as and when they are needed, this would be charged per hour or you could take out one of our monthy maintenance plans.
We also offer a content writing service.
